Yes, we offer international shipping. We also offer free shipping on all orders. You don't have to worry about any additional shipping charges when purchasing your Teletubbies costumes.

The delivery time depends on your location. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is about 7-14 business days. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance procedures.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Once the order has been placed, you have 3 hours to contact us and request a cancellation or modification. After that, our orders are automatically recorded and cannot be changed.
